It was easy to build rapport using the technique of the ILC and my client and I noticed the connection through the heart immediately. My client was sceptical about being able to feel where her emotion/pain was held (heart gut brain) but managed to connect really easily. We did not clear it all in one session but we have had subsequent sessions and the energy is now clear.
Feedback: I really enjoyed the ACE course and found it easier to understand and implement than the level 1 MHP course. It was helpful to have a subject to work with as this gave me the confidence to use the process with my own clients. I like the online courses which enable me to work from home and I found Richard’s delivery clear and easy to engage with.

There is a simplicity about the process that is refreshing, although I ran out of time to complete the process & do the 3 tests at the end. We definitely did clear some energy and the client felt better at the completion. She told me later that after the session she had blisters appear briefly on the soles of her feet. This was a symptom from a previous trauma and so maybe the energy we released had some relationship to that trauma also. Two areas I need to work on are: “is the energy yours, yes or no?” people who are not used to personal development are answering “Yes – it has to be mine” because they can’t comprehend it not being theirs. And the other area is having the time to cycle back through until the issue is complete, and being able to do the 3 tests at the end. I guess I’ll speed up as I get more practised with the process. As I said there is a lovely ease to the process and it seems useful on a huge variety of issues, especially ones where the UDIN is not obvious. It is fun exploring this even more.

I had a really bad headache. I scanned my ILC and it was blocked at the top of my head – energy flowing up but not down. I just imagined the ILC flowing up and down and my headache cleared! I’ve used the ACE process with myself and with friends a few times. I’m amazed how much information comes up, how easily it comes up in the four locations and how easy it is to clear. I recently used ACE with a friend who was experiencing pain at the top of his left arm / shoulder which was preventing him from sleeping. He’d had this for several months. I completed the process with him and at the end, unbidden, he said the top of his arm felt warm inside. I asked him what sort of warmth and he said red/orange pleasant warmth so I knew healing was happening. The next day he reported that he had no pain that night and had been able to sleep. Fantastic!

I have now worked with several people using Advanced Clearing Energetics. It is a beautiful tool that allows the clients intuition to shine through, and allows them to tap into truths about their situation that they may have never had access to before. I appreciate that the work is very client driven. ACE provides the structure for the practitioner to hold space for the client, while the client comes to their own realizations. The section of the work known as “Getting to the Core” is such an empowering part of the work, as the clients learn how to bring down their intensity level surrounding an emotion or energy, removing the ‘noise’ surrounding the core issue. While I recognize this is only a piece of the whole system, I feel it is a very important learning for us all, how blocked energy can keep us from seeing our core issues, and how we often use these energy blocks until we are ready to address the core issue.

I have been following Richard Flook and Meta-Medicine for some time. I found the premise to be intriguing. I noticed the there wasn’t much coming out from Richard or MM so I thought it just fadded away. I then learned Richard was updating as ACE. I decided to take ACE Level 1 to see for myself if it really was new and improved. I bleieve that it is. I am looking forward to moving on to Level 2 soon and eventually become Master certified.
