Renewing Membership

As a Member of the Association, your permission to be a member is required.

By submitting your profile to the directory, submitting a completed Code of Conduct Form for our records (yearly Valid for 1 year) and keeping your profile active, you are considered an ongoing member of the Association and considered to be giving permission.

At any time, if you ask to remove your profile from the directory, we will consider your membership to have expired and will remove your profile from the directory within 30 days of such a request.

No renewal fees are required to be submitted. Association Membership is free to all ACE Students/Practitioners.
Renewal Fees only apply to Non-ACE Student/Practitioners.

Member Inactivity

Membership privileges will be reserved for those who are active members of the Association.

Membership requires the pursuit of Professional and Personal development(CPPD) opportunities. Members should submit these activities under their IAACE Membership Account to keep their membership active.

These are reviewed throughout the year.

"Expired" Memberships

  • We will send you an email prior to "expiring" your membership to allow you time to updated required information.
  • Members who have not actively participated in CPPD activities or have not entered them into their profile within 12 months of becoming a member or within 12 months of their annual renewal date will be considered inactive and their membership will expire.
  • Members must submit a valid "Code of Conduct" form on a yearly basis. The date of signature is valid for 1 year. Yearly renewal requires a valid updated form be submitted to ensure valid membership. Any changes to the Code of Conduct must be read and accepted by signing of a new form and emailing the form to ace@whyamisick.com.
  • Any Expired Membership requires a removal of their Directory Listing from the ACE Website.
  • All other Member privileges may be revoked upon Expiration of Membership
  • Any use of membership seals/badges/logos representing membership of the Association must be removed until a recommitted active membership is requested and reinstated.
  • A reinstatement may be requested in writing (by email) along with a newly signed Code of Conduct Form.
  • AGAIN...No renewal fees are required to be submitted. Association Membership is free to all ACE Students/Practitioners.
